The lamest songs are often the most accurate

Not that I’m risking ‘cred-loss’ by posting crappy songs on my blog, but I don’t want to come sifting back through old entries in a week and chance self-loathing.  So I won’t post ’em.

Let’s just say that there are a lot of awful songs that I would never otherwise listen to that often describe the bland feelings of the masses quite accurately, and although I don’t often feel like I’m part of said masses, here we are!

Instead, I’m going to post a few songs that do not necessarily describe how I feel, but which are good.

Beck – Chemtrails

Joel Plaskett – Heartless, Heartless, Heartless

Matthew Good Band – Born to Kill

About Nikki

I've been writing since I was in kindergarten where I Crayola-markered an epic tale of a tiger and a balloon on a stack of lined papers folded into a booklet and stapled along the edge (carefully, and by my teacher). I love DIY, sewing, folksy music, animals and getting out to look at and listen to nature.
